SCREW DRIVERS
ENGINEER'S PATTERN - INDUCTION HARDENED
GENERALLY CONFORMING TO IS : 844 :1979 (PART II)
Cellulose Acetate is a natural polymer manufactured out of natural cellulose. The material has many good properties such as high transparency and aesthetic appeal, high impact and mechanical strength, high dielectric constant, excellent machinability, good resistance to a variety of chemicals and compability with human skin. The blades are made out of spring steel and thereafter go through number of operations and finally nickel-chrome plated for protection against rust. Blade tips are hardened and tempered confirm to appropriate Rockwell Hardness numbers as per ISI specifications. Every single piece is througly inspected before it leaves our premises.
Yellow
colored sleeves on blades are made out of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) so as to
provide protection against electric shocks. Handles and blades are
manufactured as mentioned earlier.
Phillip
head screwdriver, named after Henry F. Phillips , a U.S. businessman
from Portland, Oregon and inventor of the Phillips-head screw and
screwdriver. The importance of the self-crosshead screw design is self-centring
properties, useful on automated production lines. The blade tip is designed
on state-of-the-art imported machinery so as to yield quality production.
Handle design has been explained earlier. It is available in many different
sizes.
The small
size of this screwdrivers is helpful in work situations where space limitation
is the criteria. The screwdrivers are available in Flat head, Phillip head and
2-IN-1.
